Life's a Journey, Ride It
A Wyoming native, Cody left the West in search of professional development and careers in the trades. His work as a tower technician took him across the U.S., spanning coast to coast through 40 states and Puerto Rico, and he spent his free time exploring the outdoors along the way. The roots he had grown in Wyoming soon called him home, leading to extensive exploration of his backyard. Cody's thoughtful, a man of soul and passion, and whether he's cycling, skating, skiing, or climbing, he's doing it for his own reasons. The pursuit of the unknown fuels him to throw himself at an objective with the fierce determination to succeed every time. The curiosity of his own limits made the fire burn brighter inside him, pushing him to test himself to his full potential in any pursuit he chooses.
Be True to Yourself
Cody's a Darkhorse, and in recent years has been quietly ticking through solos, fast repeats, and first ascents of some of the rowdiest winter terrain in North America, often with his best friend and climbing partner, Dane Steadman. He has established numerous first ascents in the South Fork and nearby areas of Cody, Wyoming, the Alaska Range, and is growing his impressive climbing resume all over the world. He climbs solely for himself, what he believes in, and to push his limits.
