Shipping: Most orders ship within 2 business days. Our early order picks will be shipped as they are finished. We expect to have every one of them in the mail within two weeks of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges: Get a free unlimited amount of returns and exchanges on every item in your order for only $2.48. Just add Re:Do to your cart by checking the prompt box when you go to checkout. You cannot return used items (exception, see our warranty policy on pitons). Don't want to purchase this? No problem. All returns, exchanges, and warranty inquiries are still handled on the same Re:Do portal, just at normal shipping costs.

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, a product arrives damaged, or you do not receive a product you ordered, no worries at all. Even if you didn't purchase Re:Do with your order, we will cover all shipping costs for these issues. Click HERE for these issues.

International Orders: We do not charge additional duties or import taxes on international orders.
