Beartooth Alpine Equipment
Because we want the best, and you deserve it.
We don't have a corporate mission statement. We've got a rule, both for business and life: Do Not Conform. For us, that means do it differently. Make it in the USA. Use the best materials. Test, tweak, break, and try it again until you feel like it's everything your heart, soul, and mind could have imagined. That's what making the best gear possible is all about. This is who we are.
We love climbing. We love pushing it at whatever our level is. We love the friendships and bonds the pursuit of verticality has given us. We mourn the ones we've lost along the way and carry them with us in the mountains. We play our music loud and turn the volume higher when shit gets tough. We started Beartooth because we wanted the best gear for our own climbing. We continue Beartooth because you deserve the same.
This is a partnership. If you climb with our gear, you're climbing with us. You've put your trust in us. We do not take this honor lightly. We thank you for that, and we can't wait to see what you accomplish with Beartooth alongside them.
Meet the Beartooth Team
Our team is a collection of some of the best humans we know. We'd have them over to a family dinner knowing they'd treat everyone with respect, humility, and grace. They are hyper critical and honest with their feedback. If our gear is not unanimously the best they've ever used, it doesn't get released. From big wall aiding to hard free climbing to alpine first ascents, the demands of their pursuits ensure that Beartooth's gear is built to withstand the abuses of whatever you encounter in the mountains.
